After you place an order, you’ll receive an email from us confirming that we received your order and before we deliver we will call you to confirm order and delivery information.

If we are unable to get a hold of you with the number provided then your order will be cancelled for non verification purposes.  Note: Orders placed for delivery are sent to the merchant. If, at the time of confirmation, the merchant informs us that they have a problem fulfilling your order (e.g., an item is unavailable), we will notify you immediately and do our best to offer an alternative.
